Creativity can take its own time.
For the last couple of months I have struggled to be at one with my camera and my creativity. It happens to every one from time to time we become so engulfed in these art forms that we are so consumed we can no longer see from the outside in.
I was not fussed or nor did I feel the need to press the trigger on my camera just so I was taking photos. I took a giant step back, and took some time to let things happen as they may. With that said I can also say that I am not out of my creative slump, but the mojo is starting to return slowly. I was concerned that when I flew home to Tasmania to spend christmas with my family that my camera was just excess luggage.
But when I got here and I saw that beautiful 1200m mountain that mojo started making its way back, and ideas started to stir! Being at home obviously had some emotional impact that allowed provoked me to get out and shoot.
